Scheduling:
- Sessions are 55 minutes long and usually begin on the half-hour (for example, 4:30pm - 5:25pm).
- Tutoring sessions are typically scheduled Monday - Friday. Weekend hours may be available on request.
- Tuition is invoiced in advance. Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month. Tuition is due by the 15th of each month.
- Termination of sessions may result if tuition remains unpaid 45 days after an invoice is sent out.
- There are no long term contracts for tutoring. You may choose to cancel tutoring at any time. Please notify me immediately if you need to cancel.
- No checks - payments can be made online.
- Please have your student bring any assignments, graded tests/quizzes, textbooks, etc. to tutoring sessions so that I have a clear understanding of their current coursework.
- Any materials provided by me during tutoring hours are covered by regular tutoring fees.
- Please inform me as soon as possible if your student is unable to attend tutoring. I will work with you to try to find a suitable time to reschedule.
- If an alternate time cannot be found, a credit will be posted to the following month’s invoice.
